Lovell Kilpatrick

Lovell Kilpatrick, 76, of Ft. Pierce died Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at his home.

He was born on January 18, 1936 in Tallassee, Florida.

He has been a resident of St. Lucie County for over 35 years and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church, Ft. Pierce where he served as an usher.

He was preceded in death by his father, Spencer Paul Kilpatrick, Sr.; mother, Viola Williams; and brothers, Spencer Kilpatrick, Jr. and Zed Kilpatrick.

He is survived by his son, Spencer Kilpatrick of Chicago, IL; daughter, Cynthia Kilpatrick-Gamble of Atlanta, GA; brothers, Lewis C. Kilpatrick of Cherry Hill, NJ, Rumell Harvin of Miami, FL; sister, Janie Bailey of Dublin, Ohio; and two grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on today, Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 3-6pm and Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 9-10am at Stone Brothers Funeral Home, Ft. Pierce. A funeral service will be held 11am Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Greater Mt. Pleasant Primitive Church, Ft. Pierce. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Ft. Pierce, FL.
